These terms govern the use of QR Stream (qrstream.pro), a service operated by TWOSECONDS SRL, with its registered office at [adresa sediului], tax identification number [CUI]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use QR Stream.

Your account

You need an account in order to create dynamic codes, statistics or storage bins. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect that someone else has accessed your account.

Plans, prices and trial period

QR Stream has the following plans: Start (free, no card), Pro (39 lei per month, or 32 lei per month billed annually) and Business (99 lei per month, or 82 lei per month billed annually). All displayed prices include VAT. The full details of what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

When you create your account you automatically get a trial period of 7 days with the limits of the Pro plan, without entering any card details. At the end of the trial period, the account moves to the Start plan if you have not activated a paid subscription.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar, which is the merchant of record for the transaction — Polar issues the invoice and handles your payment details; QR Stream has no access to your card details. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; access to the features of the paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account moves automatically to the Start plan.

Refunds are granted in accordance with Polar's policy and with Romanian consumer protection law. If you are a consumer (a natural person not acting for professional purposes), you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchasing a subscription. That right no longer applies if you began using the service before those 14 days had passed and expressly agreed to this at the time of purchase, as the legislation on digital services allows.

What happens if you change plan

If you move to a plan with higher limits, the new limits apply immediately. If you move to a plan with lower limits (from a paid plan to the Start plan, for example), the dynamic codes you have already created stay active and keep working — we do not delete them — but you will not be able to create new codes above the limit of the new plan until you delete existing codes or return to a higher plan.

Rules of use

By using QR Stream, you agree not to create codes or hosted pages that:

• contain or lead to content that is illegal in Romania;
• are used for phishing, fraud or the fraudulent collection of data;
• distribute viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights of third parties.

If a code breaks these rules, we may deactivate it or pause it, with or without prior notice, depending on the seriousness of the situation.

Your content

You remain the owner of the content you upload — logos, PDFs, photos and the texts of your codes. You grant us only the right to store and display it strictly as far as it is needed for your code to work. You are responsible for having the legal right to use everything you upload.

Availability

We do everything we can to keep QR Stream available around the clock, but we do not guarantee a level of availability (SLA) and we may have scheduled or unforeseen interruptions for maintenance, updates or because of third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

QR Stream is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of profit or of data resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. Our total liability, for any claim related to the service, is limited to the amount you have paid to QR Stream over the last 12 months. None of these limitations excludes the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer and which cannot be limited by contract.

Termination of the contract

You can close your account at any time, from the account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular the rules of use above. When an account is closed, the data retention periods described in the privacy policy apply.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, without prejudice to the right consumers have under the law to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use QR Stream after that date means that you agree to the new terms.
